2. Sponsor
The Free Nico Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Oceanmark Development Limited, doing business as Nurture Your Pet ("Sponsor"), 301 Kam On Building, 176 Queens Road, Hong Kong. Contact: contact@nypholistic.com.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, or any other social media or advertising platform. Entrants provide information to the Sponsor and not to any such platform.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) or Canada and who are at least twenty (20) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of the Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.
4. Entry period
The Giveaway begins on October 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and entries close on November 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
5. How to enter
During the Entry Period, visit https://nurtureyourpet.com/pages/free-nico-giveaway and complete the entry form. All fields are required:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- ZIP or postal code and country
- Whether the Nico is for you, your pet, or both of you
- A short description (150 words or fewer) of the issue you or your pet are dealing with
- Agreement to these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy
Limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire Giveaway. Multiple entries from the same person, or entries submitted by automated means, scripts or third parties, will be disqualified. Incomplete, illegible, late or misdirected entries are void. Entries are deemed made by the authorized holder of the email address submitted.
6. Prizes
Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is one (1) NYP Nico Portable Targeted PEMF Wellness Device, which includes: Main Unit, Single Coil, Quad Coil, Storage Bag, Elastic Band, Charger, USB Power Cable, Coil Tester, Wrist Bands and User Manual.
Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize: US $468. Total ARV of all prizes: US $1,404.
The Sponsor will ship each prize to the winner at no cost, with delivery intended before Thanksgiving (November 26, 2026), subject to carrier delays outside the Sponsor's control. Shipping is free of charge to the winner. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes imposed by law on the receipt of a prize.
Prizes are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no substitutions are permitted except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original is unavailable. One prize per person.
7. Winner selection
On or about November 15, 2026, the Sponsor will select three (3) winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Canadian residents selected as potential winners must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be declared a winner.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules and to select an alternate winner, by the same random method, if a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be reached or does not respond in time. The decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to the Giveaway are final.
8. Winner notification
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the details provided in the entry form. A potential winner who does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or who cannot be reached, or who is found to be ineligible, will forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
The Sponsor will ask each winner for a full shipping address and may require the winner to confirm eligibility before a prize is shipped.
9. Weekly check-ins and testimonials
Only the three (3) winners receive this benefit, regardless of how many entries the Sponsor receives. Each winner is offered a free, optional weekly video check-in with the Sponsor's founder, Nita Daryanani, for approximately one month, beginning in December 2026. Participation is optional and is not a condition of receiving or keeping a prize. Check-ins are wellness conversations only. They are not veterinary, medical or healthcare consultations.
After receiving the prize, winners will be invited to share a testimonial. Providing a testimonial is optional and is not a condition of receiving or keeping a prize. Any testimonial will only be used with the winner's permission.
10. Entry content and health information
Entrants are asked to describe the issue they or their pet are dealing with. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. Do not include financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or information about other individuals without their permission.

11. Publicity
All three (3) winners will be featured on the Sponsor's website and social media channels. As a condition of receiving a prize, and except where prohibited by law, each winner permits the Sponsor to use the winner's first name and city or state/province for this purpose. Any other use of a winner's image, story or testimonial requires the winner's separate permission.
12. General conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned because of technical failure, fraud, or any cause beyond its control. If the Giveaway is cancelled, the Sponsor may award the prizes by a random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, network or human errors.
Use of the prize is subject to the manufacturer's User Manual. Nico is a general wellness device and is not a medical device.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer or promotion laws where you live.

14. Winners list and contact
