Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days domestically and 7–14 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the device must be in its original condition with all accessories, manuals and packaging included. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Each device ships with a quick-start guide and full user manual. Unbox, charge or connect power as instructed, choose a program, and let your pet settle on or near the device naturally — never force them onto it. Start with short sessions and build a routine gradually.
