I have several pets. Does it cost the same for multiple pets?

Members can register up to 6 pets under one membership, all for the same price!

Can I cancel the service?

Absolutely! You can cancel at any time—no strings attached.

I’m having trouble connecting to a vet. What should I do?

Connecting usually takes between 30 seconds to 1 minute. Please be patient and stay on the line—don’t hang up. If one of our vets is assisting another client, you’ll hear a message letting you know the vet is currently unavailable. In that case, you can try again in a minute or text for assistance. While this is rare, it can happen occasionally.

The video is blurry. How can I get a clearer image?

Clear video quality depends on two things:

  1. Your device: Phones like the iPhone 4 or later and Samsung Galaxy 4 or later work great. Older models may struggle to process video calls.
  2. Your connection: Ensure you have a strong WiFi or Cell Data connection. Blurry video is often due to slower connection speeds. For the best experience, check your internet speed and keep your phone updated!
Are there any extra costs after I pay the membership fee?

No! Once you select your payment plan, there are no additional fees. Simple and transparent!

Can we use this service anywhere in the world?

Yes! NYP TeleVet is available globally as long as you have a reliable Cell or WiFi connection with a minimum bandwidth of 1.25 Mbps up and down.

Are your vets licensed?

Yes, all of our vets are fully licensed and have at least 5 years of experience.

Can your vets prescribe medication?

Our vets can provide advice and education. However, since this is a virtual service, a Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR) isn’t established, which means our vets cannot prescribe medication in most states due to legal restrictions.
