How we handle your information in the Free Nico Giveaway.
1. Who we are
Oceanmark Development Limited (doing business as Nurture Your Pet, "we", "us", "our") runs the Free Nico Giveaway (the "Giveaway") at https://nurtureyourpet.com/pages/free-nico-giveaway. 2. What we collect
When you enter the Giveaway we collect:
- Your full name, email address and phone number
- Your ZIP or postal code and country. Winners are asked for a full shipping address after they are selected.
- Whether the Nico is for you, your pet, or both
- The description you write about the issue you or your pet are dealing with. This may include information about your or your pet's wellbeing. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
- Your consent choices and the date and time of your entry
We also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referral source, using cookies and similar tools, including Shopify analytics, the Meta Pixel, Google Ads and Google Analytics, and Klaviyo.
3. How we use it
- To run the Giveaway: confirm eligibility, select and contact winners, and ship prizes
- To hold optional weekly founder check-ins with the winners and, if a winner agrees, to request a testimonial
- To feature the winners (first name and city or state/province) on our website and social media channels
- To send you emails from NYP Holistic, where you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website, and to prevent fraud and abuse
- To meet legal and tax obligations and to enforce the Official Rules
4. Consent
We rely on your consent to use your information for the purposes above, including to send you emails. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email. Withdrawing consent before the winners are chosen means we cannot enter you in the Giveaway.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Giveaway, under appropriate terms, such as:
- Our website and e-commerce platform (Shopify)
- Our email and marketing platform (Klaviyo)
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners
- Analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta)
- The public, where winners are featured on our website and social media
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it
If our business is sold or reorganized, your information may be transferred to the new owner.
6. Where your information is stored
We are based in Hong Kong, and our service providers may store or process information in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong and other countries. When we transfer information, we take steps to protect it as described in this notice.
7. How long we keep it
We keep Giveaway entries for 24 months after the Giveaway ends, and winner records for as long as the law requires. Email marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymize the information.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or limit certain uses, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and residents of Canada, have specific rights under those laws. To make a request, contact us at contact@nypholistic.com. We will respond within the time the law requires and may need to verify your identity.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Our website uses advertising and analytics tools, such as Meta and Google, that some US state privacy laws describe as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out by emailing contact@nypholistic.com or by turning on the Global Privacy Control setting in your browser.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Giveaway is not directed to children and is open only to adults who have reached the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has entered, contact us and we will delete the information.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The current version will be posted at https://nurtureyourpet.com/pages/nico-giveaway-privacy-policy with its effective date. Effective date: October 5, 2026.
