All NYP products, including NYP Nico, are general wellness devices intended to support overall well-being and everyday wellness. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Always consult your veterinarian, physician, or qualified healthcare professional regarding your pet's or your personal health needs before beginning any new wellness routine.
2. No medical or veterinary advice
The Free Nico Giveaway page, emails, social posts, advertisements and any check-in calls are for general information and wellness support only. They do not provide medical or veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not create a patient or client relationship.
Do not delay or avoid seeking professional care because of something you read or hear through the Giveaway. If you believe you or your pet has a medical emergency, contact a physician, veterinarian or emergency service immediately.
3. Weekly founder check-ins
The optional weekly check-ins offered to the three winners are conversations about how you and your pet are doing with your wellness routine. The founder, Nita Daryanani, is certified by the Association of PEMF Professionals (AOPP). In the check-ins she is not acting as a physician, veterinarian or licensed healthcare provider, and the check-ins are not a substitute for professional care.
4. Individual experiences and testimonials
Experiences and testimonials shared by customers, winners or professionals reflect individual experiences. Results vary from person to person and pet to pet, and are not a guarantee of any outcome.
5. What you share with us
When you enter, you describe an issue you or your pet are dealing with. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. Your entry is used as described in the Official Rules and the Privacy Policy and is not reviewed by a medical or veterinary professional for diagnosis.
6. Using Nico
Read the User Manual that comes with Nico before use and follow its instructions and safety information. The manual can also be downloaded from the Nico product page. As with any wellness device, if you have an implanted electronic medical device such as a pacemaker, are pregnant, or have a medical condition, ask your physician before using Nico on yourself. Ask your veterinarian before using it on your pet if your pet has a medical condition.
