We ship anywhere in the US. We don’t currently ship internationally, but join our mailing list for updates.
We offer free standard shipping in the US for all orders.
Delivery usually take 10 business days.
We don’t ship to PO Boxes.
Every order is processed within 1-2 business days, but please note that orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday.

Returns and Exchanges
We understand things might not always work out. Currently we are only accepting returns if there is any Manufacturing or Quality Issues.
Once the order is delivered, Customer has 72 hours to inspect goods and place a return request if there is any Quality Issue.
We won’t be able to entertain any return request 72 hours after delivery. Raise a return request to email@example.com
We typically take 1 week to process a return. Once the return is processed, we’ll refund your original form of payment and we’ll be sure to send you an e-mail notification so you know it’s gone through.
In particular, be sure to wipe off any water or dirt after playing and store in a cool dry place. While we’ve used only the highest quality materials, we also suggest avoiding excessive biting or chewing to maintain strength. You can also wash them with cold water.
