Returns

You may return most unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products that have been opened or used can only be accepted if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For your protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless there is an issue with the product itself.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
