My wife rescues dogs and cats and she noticed a little chihuahua on social media. The little dog was running loose and looked to be homeless. Finally she contacted the person who found the dog and she decided to foster it. I did not want this dog because chihuahua’s are notorious for being mean, yipping, and biters. So she brings her home.
